Architecturally designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of the world renowned design firm Arquitectonica, the pair of glass towers with flowing design profiles will rise high above Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood surrounded by over two acres of exclusive amenities with 547 linear feet on the water.
Hernandez and Odenstein will conceptually envision and design the interiors with exclusive furnishings by MORADA-Haute Furniture Boutique. This is the second collaboration with Melo Group, who in 2018 partnered with the pair on the design of the public spaces at Aria on the Bay.
Slated for completion in 2024, Aria Reserve will join the select group of luxury residential developments from Baccarat Residences Brickell and Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami, to Aston Martin Residences that will attract international buyers to the Magic City’s bayfront, which has seen a surge of investors and buyers looking for premium luxury properties. Aria Reserve will be one of the last remaining waterfront properties directly located on Biscayne Bay.
